How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?
We primarily use USPS Mail Shipping and offer our customers 2 shipping options:

5-7 business days shipping. Delivery cost flat rate of $8.00. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.

1-2 business days shipping. Delivery cost $15.00. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
-Please allow up to 5 business days after order is placed before item(s) are shipped. This is to ensure that your handcrafted jewelry pieces are made with the best quality and care.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
-Yes! Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Returns are honored if any jewels are missing, or the product was mailed defective. Customers must contact ALY Fashion Jewelry about the product within 1-4 business days after product is recieved to have the return honored. Returns will be subject to a case-by-case basis.
